Ariana Restaurant The Royal at Atlantis serves delicious Persian cuisine, with meats, grains and vegetables mixed with fruits, nuts, herbal botanicals and floral aromatics. The restaurant is the first for Iranian-American chef Arianna Bondi. Ariana strives to highlight Persian culture by serving delicious and beautifully presented dishes, and the restaurant is distinguished by unique designs that mimic Ariana’s home in the Iranian city of Kashan.
Ariana prepares delicious and delectable dishes inspired by family recipes passed down through generations, these dishes combine unique textures and delicious spices with exceptional flavors and elegant presentation. Combining classic Persian cuisine with Ariana’s creative touches on ingredients, textures and presentation, including Caspian-inspired fillet kebabs, rose-scented seabass, a fresh selection of colorful appetizers and Persian ice cream with rosemary. Saffron, Pistachio and Rose Water. A variety of gluten-free desserts and dishes are available, along with vegan and vegetarian dishes.
The restaurant can accommodate 164 guests.
