The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman conducted an introductory workshop on the mechanism of real estate auction, in which the Director General of the Department, Eng. For his part, Yusuf al-Shamsi, chairman of the Ajman Auction Group, said the Land and Real Estate Regulatory Authority worked to develop the mechanism and policy of the real estate auction based on the views of those involved and their valuable observations. Vision and new approaches were adopted emphasizing that the Ajman Auction Program will contribute to stabilizing the real estate market, improving the economy, improving business competitiveness and increasing investor and business confidence in the emirate’s economic environment.
