His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Board of Directors, has signed a joint venture agreement with Aster Hospitals and Clinics for the Labor Commendation Award.
The agreement was signed by Maj. Gen. Obaid Muhair bin Suroor, Deputy Director General of the Directorate General of Citizenship and Foreign Affairs in Dubai, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Labor Affairs in Dubai and Chairman of the Commendation Award, and Dr. Sharbaz Pecho. Lieutenant Colonel Khalid Ismail, CEO of Astor Hospitals and Clinics in the United Arab Emirates, was present in the presence of the Secretary General and several senior officials from both sides.
The collective agreement will benefit tens of thousands of blue-collar workers who hold a special discount card issued by the award management for eminent workers working in award-winning companies in 4-5 star categories.
Maj. Gen. Obaid Muhair bin Suroor said: “We are pleased to announce the signing of the Cooperation Agreement (Aster Hospitals and Clinics) as an additional step towards improving primary health care services and early detection of tens of thousands of workers in Dubai. It maintains its reputation as a global hub in the hospital and healthcare industry. “
