One study warns of poor eating habits that can cause the body to overheat in cold weather at night in winter.

Research published on the “Scientific Advances” website, supported by the National Institutes of Health, has banned eating in the evening because it causes high levels of glucose to accumulate in the body.

In the study, the researchers divided 19 men and women into two groups and gave them different eating schedules, with the first group eating its food during the day and the second eating its food at night.

The results of the tests showed that those who ate at night had a 6.4 percent increase in glucose levels, which can lead to serious and devastating health problems such as diabetes and heart disease.

Sarah L., co-chair of the study. According to Selba, this study targets night workers because they usually eat at night during shifts.

“If you’re at night, there are certain things that can affect your glucose levels, one of which is eating extra calories, which are high in sugar in the form of super-processed, easy-to-cook foods, and salt,” said Lisa Young, an associate professor of nutrition at New York University.

Young said it is unlikely to burn calories while sleeping, so eating at night can easily lead to weight gain.

The study confirmed that preparing a daytime routine is one of the most important first steps when embarking on a healthy eating journey, and advised to avoid irregular meal times and set a consistent schedule as appropriate.
