Manchester United announced yesterday that talks with fans have reached an advanced stage regarding the establishment of a plan to give the club shares its rights to the fans. Joel Glaser, president of the American “Red Devils”, suggested a plan to buy fans shares in the ancient Northern Club.

The move comes in the wake of angry protests against United, following the decision to join the 12 major European clubs in the European Super League.
