Next Thursday, the “Sky Museum” will be the first flight from the Saudi capital Riyadh to Al-Ula in the west of the kingdom, in collaboration with the Royal Commission for Al-Ula Governorate and Saudi Airlines. The documentary, released in 2021, was produced by Powder House and reveals the first foundation stone of human civilization.
Prior to the film, Dr. Rebecca Food, Director of Archeology and Cultural Heritage Research at the Royal Commission for the Al-Ula Governorate, answered guests’ questions, explaining the antiquities of the Flying Museum.
Dr. Rebecca Food said: “There is a great deal of work going on in Alula by teams of local and international archaeologists, but we are only now beginning to understand the complexity of Alula’s past.”
