The Endowment and Miners Affairs Foundation in Dubai has announced the implementation of new endowment projects at a cost of 148 million dirhams and has drawn up designs for three endowment projects.

Ali al-Mudawa, general secretary of the foundation, said the new plans differ between villa complexes and endowment buildings to serve health and education banks, as well as care and water trust for women and children.

Projects to be implemented include the Al Qasimi Heirs of the Al Qasimi Endowment Villas Complex, “Al-Amal 2 Water” in Russia, the “Health Endowment” Villa Complex in Al Fita and the Salamah Saeed Jawahar Endowment Building in Al Dhaka. And labor hostel building in Muhaisnah.

He said the new projects will be completed in phases starting in the last quarter of this year and ending in January 2023.

He pointed out that the shops of the Khalifa Al-Tajar Mosque in the Port Side area, a waqf in the Al-Takaya area and another villa in the Nat al-Hammer area were on the list of designed donation projects.

New donation projects are being explored, including residential and commercial buildings for residential villa complexes or space endowment lands, or demolition and reconstruction projects for outdated old buildings, as well as economic feasibility studies to establish a business.
