Madrid Commercial Court Judge Manuel Ruiz de Lara has issued a ruling urging UEFA to suspend disciplinary action against the founding clubs of the European Super League.

According to the newspaper,FileJudge de Laura granted the UEFA 5 days to proceed as it saw fit outside the legal framework of the continent, without considering the objections of the other party.

UEFA imposes sanctions on the founding associations of the European Super League, and the trial has not been closed, despite a previous decision by a commercial court in Madrid to end disciplinary action.

The Spanish court is asking the European Supreme Court to determine the legitimacy of the Super League

The 12 European clubs led by Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus announced the formation of the European Super League last April, in addition to the nine clubs: Milan, Inter Milan, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham and Atletico. The new championship plan collapsed an hour after the last nine clubs withdrew under public and official pressure from local federations.

The clubs of Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus are committed to this project.

The Super League also plans to increase the revenue of elite clubs in Europe and allow more money to be distributed to the rest.

But UEFA, like other clubs and fans, saw that the Super League only served the interests of elite clubs and that it was a closed match against the long-standing system of European football.
