The conference, announced by Algerian Foreign Minister Ramdn Lamamra, will be attended by foreign ministers from Egypt, Tunisia, Libya, Sudan, Chad and Niger, as well as representatives from host Algeria and the United Nations and the African Union.
According to Arab diplomatic sources, the most important files for discussion are the Libyan election, which will be held later this year, and a new mechanism for finding a way to overcome obstacles and differences between Libyan parties will help Libya build and rebuild its new institutions. By emphasizing the responsibility of the Libyan parties for the outcome of the “Berlin Conference” and the removal of mercenaries and foreign forces over it.
In addition, the chairman of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mohammed al-Manfi, discussed the file on national reconciliation, reunification and reunification of parties with representatives from the city of Jindan yesterday.
