Infantino demands “unity” to liberate “internationalism.”

Swiss President Gianni Infondino has called on the English and Spanish leagues and national federations to “show solidarity” on the issue of releasing international soldiers, and the following September, at the 2022 World Cup qualifiers, he sent a letter to the British Prime Minister.
The English Premier League has announced that its clubs will not release their players to play in international tournaments next month in countries where the Corona virus has been added to the red list, forcing them to throw stones when they return.
This decision will affect Egyptian Liverpool players Mohamed Salah, Brazilians Fabinho, Roberto Firmino, goalkeeper Alison Becker, their teammate Gabriel Jesus, Manchester City striker and many more.
The Spanish league has announced its support for its clubs, which will prevent its players from traveling to the windows next September and October.
“I call on every member association, every league and every club to show solidarity to do what is right and fair for the global game,” Infantino said in a statement.
“Many of the best players in the world compete in the English and Spanish leagues, and we believe that these two countries have a responsibility to maintain and preserve the sporting integrity of competitions around the world.”
The Swiss-Italian revealed that he had contacted British authorities after England relaxed epidemic controls during the European Cup last June and July.
“I have written to Prime Minister Boris Johnson and requested him to provide the necessary support so that the players do not miss the opportunity to represent their country in the World Cup qualifiers,” the President said. International organization added.
“I suggest that an approach similar to that adopted by the British government during the upcoming international matches be applied to the final stages of the euro, and now I urge everyone to ensure that international players are released for the next World Cup qualifiers.”
Egypt and Brazil have been added to the red list of countries where the virus is widespread, with “mandatory isolation of 10 days for travelers returning from these countries.”
