Dubai: “The Gulf”
Under the patronage of His High Court, the Ruler of Dubai organized an Umrah trip to the holy lands of “Beit Al Khair” which was attended by 17 outstanding orphans, accompanied by members of the Society’s Supervisory Committee and others. The employees were welcomed by Abdin Tahar Al Awadi, Director General of the Association.
The itinerary included religious lectures, educational competitions and giving gifts to orphans, visiting the important places of Madinah. The trip included a visit to the city of Taif and enjoyed recreational activities and a variety of sports.
Abdin Al-Awati praised this generosity of the Court of the Ruler of Dubai, pointing out the association’s interest in organizing useful religious and educational activities for orphans and its role in promoting the care and maintenance of groups who have lost their breadwinners. Beit Al Khair has spent 7,338,296 dirhams since its inception during the mid-school holidays and summer, based on its special interest in helping orphans and their self-reliance and integration into society. To support orphans and their families until the end of November 2023, providing them with living conditions that allow them to grow together and be reassured, with all the necessary aspects of care around them.
Al-Awati praised the supervisory team that accompanied the orphans in 9 days, which has a qualified task force to manage the course of the trip and provide for the needs of the participants. Under the leadership of the Association’s Government Relations Officer, Ali Al-Balushi, are formal ways of performing rituals in an atmosphere of reassurance of faith.
