On November 11, the city awaits the arrival of a major music festival that will take on carnival styles in a new wave to affect the city’s music scene. The “Butterfly Carnival” music festival will be held outdoors at the Dubai Media City Theater from two in the afternoon to midnight and is a new concept in Dubai, confirmed by “Time Out” magazine, because it’s like nothing else.
