The star goes Madonna He is currently on the road to recovery from his latest health crisis, having announced that dates for his “Celebration” tour in North America will be rescheduled later.
But the tour will kick off the new schedule in Europe instead of North America, kicking off in London on October 14th and continuing through the European mainland for a 7-week run before concluding with two more dates in London on December 5th and 6th.
The North American tour was scheduled to resume on Dec. 13 in Brooklyn, but the status of those dates remains unclear.
In a post on her Instagram account, the 64-year-old singer wrote, “Thank you for your positive energy, your prayers and words of healing and encouragement. I am on the road to recovery and am very grateful for all my blessings. My focus now is on my health and getting stronger, I promise you, I’ll be back with you soon, the current plan is to start the North American concerts in Europe next October.
A further announcement from the concert organizer follows: The first leg of the North American “Celebration Tour” has unfortunately been postponed. Rescheduled dates will be announced as soon as possible. Fans are advised to keep their tickets as they are still valid. As soon as new dates are announced.”
Madonna, the world’s pop queen, was admitted to hospital in a coma and diagnosed with a serious bacterial infection.
