As a result, the Algerian Ministry of Religious Affairs honored Imam Walid Mahass for his kindness in handling a cat that climbed onto his shoulder during prayer.
The Algerian Association of Muslim Scholars occupied Cat’s visual channels and roused sites worldwide.

Sheikh Walid Mahassas was born in Algeria and is the imam of the Abi Bakr Al-Siddiq Mosque on a 12-hectare site in Bourdge Bou Areridge state in eastern Algeria.
He has been classified as one of the most beautiful voices for reciting the Noble Qur’an, and he regularly conducts Qur’an evenings for memorizing and reciting the Qur’an in the “Barem Al-Biban” competition.
