British researchers concluded that there are three “types” of long-term effects of the corona virus.

Experts from King’s College London have identified three “subtypes” of the condition, and each type has its own symptoms, British agency “PA Media” reported.

The researchers examined 1,459 people who suffered from the long-term effects of the corona, as the case was identified as being infected with the virus and suffering from corona symptoms for at least 84 days.

The preliminary results of the study, published for scientific research on the MedRexiv website, show that those who suffer from the long-term effects of the corona virus are divided into three main groups.

The first group consists of sufferers of neurological symptoms including fatigue, brain fog and headaches, and these symptoms are more common among sufferers of the “Alpha” and “Delta” strains. Members of the second group suffer from respiratory symptoms, including chest pain and inability to breathe, and these symptoms are more common among those infected with the virus during the first wave of the outbreak.
