Dubai Electricity and Water Authority’s smart feature “Marafic” information (infrastructure) has improved coordination between the authority and service agencies in Dubai and reduced the steps for obtaining certification from 7 to 3, speeding up the approval of NOC applications from 60 to 20 minutes.
