A Japanese university professor has created a new step towards accessing the experience of using the various senses in order to enjoy the taste of food displayed on the screen by licking the prototype of the television screen.

The device, abbreviated as “Taste TV” (DTV), is based on a circular shape of ten cans, from which a spray comes out, which is mixed into shapes to give the food a specific taste. The taste sample moves over the healthy scales onto a flat screen TV to sample for the viewer.

Homi Miyashita, a professor at Meiji University, said that in the Govt-19 era, such technology would improve the way people interact and interact with the outside world.

“The goal is for people to have the same experience as eating at a restaurant on the other side of the world, even while staying at home,” he added.

Miyashita works with a team of about 30 students who have prepared a wide variety of food-tasting equipment and enhance the taste of the food. He created the prototype from the screen last year and said the business version would cost about 100,000 yen ($ 875).

Miyashita is in talks with companies to use her aerosol technology in applications such as a toast pizza or a device that can add flavor to chocolate.
