Expected Specifications iQOO U5

According to TechAndroids, the smartphone with the model number V2165A is on the TEENA list, which is expected to be the Vanilla iQOO U5 smartphone model. The smartphone is equipped with a 6.58 inch FHD + AMOLED display. A color depth of 16.7 million colors per screen has also been requested. The 2.2 GHz processor mentioned in the list is believed to be MediaTek Dimension 810 SoC, but nothing has been confirmed yet. Memory and storage options include 4GB, 6GB and 8GB with 128GB and 256GB of internal storage. The device is believed to have a 4,910mAh battery with 18W fast charging capabilities.

The smartphone is expected to have a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary sensor in the dual rear camera system. It is also said to have an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. Measuring 164mm x 75.84mm x 8.25mm and weighing about 185g, the device also includes light, proximity and fingerprint sensors. However, since iQOO has not yet provided an official image of this device, it is unclear whether the fingerprint sensor will be located at the bottom of the screen or on the side.

According to Dipster WHY LAB, the iQOO U5 series will also include the iQOO U5x series devices. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 480+ chipset is expected to run the 5G version of the U5X, while the MediaTek Helio G88 chipset is expected to run the 4G version. In China, the iQOO U5 series is expected to compete with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 line. The U5 series is set to be released later this month, with an official release date yet to be announced.
