According to the results of the Nutrition and Health Survey in Turkey by the Ministry of Health, 53.1% of women and 31.7% of men were determined to have low levels of physical activity.

According to an obesity survey conducted by the ministry among children in the second grade of primary school, 36.2 percent of children watch television or spend time with the computer for more than two hours a day on weekdays. This ratio reaches 69.9 percent at the weekend.

30 minutes a day is enough for an adult

Experts confirm that 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise 5 days a week is sufficient for adults to maintain and improve health.

Experts say 180 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity during the day is appropriate for children ages 1 to 4, and 60 minutes of moderate-intensity activity for children and adolescents ages 5 to 18 is recommended. day
